3 dag Carp, soaked

1.5 bouquet Parsley, fresh

5 dag Cheese, Parmesan, grated

Place a pot with a liter of salted water on the stove. Wait for the water to boil, then add the spaghetti and cook for exactly the time indicated on the package. Meanwhile, thoroughly wash the parsley and chop it finely. Peel the garlic and drain the capers. Finely chop the capers and garlic. Drain the cooked spaghetti well and transfer it to a larger bowl.

Cut the anchovies into smaller pieces. Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Quickly sauté the garlic in the oil, then add the anchovies, parsley, and capers. Simmer for another 5 minutes, then pour the sauce over the spaghetti. Serve the spaghetti in bowls and sprinkle with Parmesan while still warm.
