-
500 g Spinach, raw
-
30 g Butter, unsalted
-
3 spoons Oil, olive
-
1 bouquet Parsley, fresh
-
2 dl Sour cream
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Thoroughly clean and wash the spinach. Place a small pot with a liter of water on the stove. Wait for the water to boil, then quickly blanch the spinach by placing it in the pot and waiting for it to boil again. Drain the cooked spinach well and let it cool. Wash the parsley and chop it finely.
-
Finely chop the cooled spinach. Heat butter and oil in a pan and add the chopped spinach. Add parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer the ingredients for exactly 5 minutes, then add the sour cream and quickly bring to a boil to slightly thicken the sauce.
-
Meanwhile, place a larger pot with about 1.5 liters of water on the stove. Wait for the water to boil, salt it, and add the spaghetti. Cook the spaghetti for exactly the time indicated on the package. Drain the spaghetti well, serve it in bowls, and top it with the spinach sauce.
