400 g Pasta, spaghetti, whole grain
-
150 g Broccoli, fresh
-
100 g Tomato, pieces - can
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
1 piece Chili peppers, red chili, fresh
-
150 ml Oil, olive
-
2 spoons Parsley, fresh
-
3 pinch Salt, table
Steps
-
Peel the garlic. Wash the chili. Clean the broccoli and rinse it under running water. Cut it into smaller florets. Place a pot with about one liter of water on the stove. When the water boils, add the broccoli to the pot and cook for about 3 minutes. Drain the broccoli, rinse it with cold water, and drain well.
-
Place a larger pan on the stove and heat the olive oil. Fry the garlic slices in the hot oil until they turn slightly golden, then remove them from the pan and discard. Add the drained broccoli and chili to the pan. Cook while stirring for 2 minutes, then add the diced tomatoes. Simmer the sauce on moderate heat for 15 minutes.
-
While the sauce is cooking, boil the spaghetti. Place a larger pot with an appropriate amount of salted water on the stove. When the water boils, add the spaghetti and cook for the time indicated on the package. Drain the cooked spaghetti well.
-
Season the sauce with salt to taste, then mix in the spaghetti. Remove the chili from the dish.
-
Distribute the spaghetti onto plates, sprinkle with chopped parsley and basil, and serve.
