Spaghetti with Tuna, Capers, and Olives
When were in a hurry and have no more than half an hour to prepare lunch, pasta is always an excellent choice. Especially when its topped with a quick sauce made from canned tomatoes, tuna, olives, and capers.

Ingredients

225 g Pasta, Macaroni

2 spoons Oil, olive

2 pod Garlic, fresh

0.5 teaspoons Spices, chili powder

2 spoons Tomato, concentrate

500 g Tomato, pieces - can

2 spoons Carp, soaked

80 g Olives, black, in brine

240 g Fish, tuna, in brine
Steps

Place a large pot of salted water on the stove for cooking the pasta. Once the water boils, add the spaghetti and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic. Place a large, deep pan on the stove and heat the olive oil. Add the garlic and chili flakes. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until the garlic becomes fragrant.

First, add the tomato paste to the pan, then stir in the canned tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and simmer covered over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Stir in the drained capers, sliced olives, and drained tuna, breaking it into smaller pieces with a fork. Mix well and let the sauce simmer over medium heat for another 5 minutes.

Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and mix it into the prepared sauce. Add more salt and/or pepper if needed. Serve on plates and enjoy.
