-
2 piece Small pumpkins
-
1 can Olives, black, in brine

2 piece Bell pepper, yellow, fresh
-
0.5 bouquet Parsley, fresh
-
3 spoons Oil, olive

2 pinch Salt, table
Steps
-
Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and finely chop the leaves. Cut the prosciutto and ham into smaller pieces. Thoroughly wash the zucchini and slice them into rounds, then halve them. Open a can of black olives, drain them thoroughly, and slice them into rounds. Also, thoroughly wash both yellow bell peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into smaller pieces.
-
Place a large pot with 4 liters of salted water on the stove and wait for the water to boil. Add the flat spaghetti to the boiling water and cook for the time indicated on the package.
-
While the pasta is cooking, place a larger pan on the stove and heat it up. Then, heat the oil in the pan. Quickly sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the pieces of ham, prosciutto, bell peppers, zucchini, and olives. Sauté everything together over medium heat for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
-
Thoroughly drain the cooked spaghetti, add it to the pan, and mix with the prepared sauce. Season with salt to taste, serve in deep bowls, sprinkle with parsley, and enjoy.
