Ingredients

100 ml Oil, olive

2 piece Tomato, red

15 g Bread, whole grain

0.5 pod Garlic, fresh

1 spoon Vinegar, apple

0.5 teaspoons Spices, paprika

Steps

Break the bread into small pieces with your fingers. Dip the tomatoes in salted boiling water for 30 seconds, then peel them and remove the seeds. Peel the garlic and finely chop it.

Heat 50 ml of oil in a pan. Once hot, add the tomato and bread, and fry them while stirring for 10 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool.

Pour the cooled mixture into a blender. Add the remaining oil, vinegar, garlic, paprika, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Blend the ingredients on the highest speed for 15 seconds until a smooth and creamy sauce forms.

Serve the prepared sauce in a bowl alongside fish or seafood.
