Steps
- Grind the cinnamon stick, allspice, coriander seeds, cloves, and mace well in a spice grinder. If you don’t have a grinder, crush the spices into a powder using a mortar and pestle. Then add ground nutmeg to the mix and stir everything together well. Use the spice mix for preparing dishes or store it in a tightly sealed container for up to 3 months.
