100 g Powdered sugar

Break the chocolate into smaller pieces. Place a pot on the stove and pour about 0.5 liters of water into it. Place a larger, thin metal bowl over the pot and add the chocolate pieces to melt them using a double boiler. Place another pot on the stove and heat the butter. Once the butter is heated, remove the pot from the heat and add brown sugar and vanilla sugar to the butter. Mix the ingredients until the sugar is almost completely dissolved.

In a separate bowl, sift the flour. Then add ground hazelnuts, spices, cocoa powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt to the bowl and mix well. Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture. Knead the dough together with your hands, shape it into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for two hours.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Prepare a shallow baking tray and line it with parchment paper. Take the dough out of the refrigerator, unwrap it, and shape it into walnut-sized balls, flattening them slightly when placing them on the baking tray. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 12 minutes.

Once the cookies are baked, let them cool on a wire rack. Arrange the cooled cookies on a serving platter, dust them with powdered sugar and coarsely ground nuts, and serve to your guests.
