Spicy Boiled Lobster

Ingredients

2 piece Fish, lobster

2 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

Steps

Wash the greens, oranges, lemons, and chilies. Peel the onions, wash them, and cut them in half. Also, cut the lemons and oranges in half. Cut the greens into shorter pieces. Halve the chilies, remove the seeds, and dice them. Rinse the lobster under running water.

Pour 9 liters of water into a large pot and place it on the stove. Add all the ingredients (except the lobsters) and bring the water to a boil. Once the water boils, reduce the temperature and cook for another 20 minutes. Then add both lobsters to the pot and cover it. Increase the temperature and cook the lobsters for 15 minutes.

Remove the lobsters from the pot and quickly rinse them under cold water. Then serve them on a platter and enjoy.

Advice
If you have trouble cooking live lobsters, you can also buy frozen lobsters or pre-cooked ones in the shell. Live lobsters are dark blue in color, while cooked ones are bright red. It is best to use organic lemons, whose peel is not treated with pesticides. If organic lemons are not available, immerse the lemon in boiling water for a few minutes and wipe it well to remove the wax, which contains toxins.
