Ingredients

4 pieces Meat, chicken, breasts

1 piece Lime, fresh

8 spoon Taco shell, baked

5 spoon Mustard

2 spoons Butter, unsalted

4 cup Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

4 twig Coriander, leaves, fresh
Steps

Wash the lime and cut it in half. Remove all the seeds with the tip of a knife and squeeze the lime well. Pour the lime juice into a bowl, add the taco sauce and mustard. Mix well with a whisk.

Wash the chicken fillets and dry them with a paper towel. Dip the meat on both sides into the marinade and let it sit in the bowl for one hour.

Melt butter in a large pan and place the marinated fillets in it. Cook the fillets on each side for about five minutes. Pour the remaining marinade into the pan and cook the fillets for another 5 minutes. Wash the cilantro and chop it finely. Sprinkle it over the fillets, which are served on plates. Serve the fillets with yogurt.
