Ingredients
-
12 pieces Meat, chicken, loaves
-
100 g Butter, unsalted
-
pieces Juice, lemon
-
1 teaspoon Spices, pepper, red or cayenne
-
0.75 teaspoons Spices, paprika
-
0.25 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black
-
1 teaspoon Salt, table
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
Steps
-
Melt the butter in a small pot. Remove the pot from the heat and mix in cayenne pepper, ground red paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour the prepared marinade into a large bowl.
-
Wash the chicken thighs and thoroughly dry them with paper towels. Peel the garlic and crush it with a knife. Add the thighs and garlic to the bowl with the marinade. Mix well with clean hands to ensure the marinade is evenly distributed over the meat. Cover the bowl and let the thighs marinate for at least one hour.
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a low baking dish with parchment paper. Arrange the chicken thighs in the dish and brush the tops with a little marinade (use a spoon or brush). Place the dish in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Turn the thighs several times during baking to ensure they cook evenly on both sides.
-
Serve the baked thighs on plates with your chosen side dish.
