Spicy Grill Sauce
If youre not afraid of chilies, this sauce is perfect for you. If you dont like chilies… simply skip them.

Ingredients

50 ml Soy sauce, shoyu

1 piece Onion, raw

3 pods Garlic, fresh

4 spoon Oil, olive

1 teaspoon Spices, chili powder

1 teaspoon Spices, caraway, seeds

50 g Sugar, white

2 dl Ketchup

2 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps
- Peel the garlic and onion, then finely chop them. Pour oil into a pan and add the garlic and onion. Quickly sauté them over moderate heat while stirring. Add a bit of chili, caraway seeds, and sugar, then mix well. Add soy sauce and ketchup, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer for a few minutes, then transfer to a multipractic and blend the ingredients into a smooth mixture. Serve as a sauce or use as a marinade.
