Spicy Grilled Sausages with Vegetable Side

8 pieces Sausage, chorizo

4 pieces Tomato, red

2 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh

2 spoons Oil, olive

1 piece Onion, raw

2 pod Garlic, fresh

0.5 teaspoons Chili peppers, red chili, dried

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

3 twigs Parsley, fresh
Steps

Peel the cucumbers and slice them into thin rounds. Thoroughly wash the peppers and tomatoes. Remove the green parts from the tomatoes and the seeds from the peppers. Cut them into chunks. Preheat the grill to the highest temperature. Skewer the sausage with a metal skewer and place it on a greased grill rack. Peel the garlic and thoroughly wash the parsley. Peel the onion and finely chop it.

Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil in it. Add the garlic, onion, and chili. Sauté over moderate heat for about half a minute, making sure the garlic does not turn brown. Meanwhile, grill the sausages for at least 5 minutes on each side. Turn them as needed to ensure they are evenly cooked.

Arrange the sliced vegetables on a platter and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the grilled sausages and sautéed spices. Garnish everything with fresh parsley and serve to your guests.
