Spicy Meatballs
They can be served as an excellent starter, and together with vegetables, these spicy meatballs make a very interesting standalone meal.

Ingredients

90 g Breadcrumbs, dried

2 spoons Bell pepper, red, fresh

3 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps

Thoroughly wash the cilantro, dry it, and chop it finely. Peel the onion and garlic, chop the onion, and press the garlic through a garlic press. Prepare a large bowl, crack an egg into it, and beat it with a whisk.

Add the onion, garlic, cilantro, and ground meat to the bowl. Mix in the breadcrumbs, tomato paste, and paprika, then season everything with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well to form a uniform mixture.

Shape the mixture into small balls using wet hands. Place a pan on the stove, heat it up, then add oil to the pan. Add the meatballs and fry them on medium heat for 5 minutes or until they are firm and brown on all sides.

Place the cooked meatballs on paper towels to absorb excess fat. Serve them to your guests with a suitable side dish.
