Ingredients

4 pieces Meat, pork, ribs

0.5 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black

4 pieces Chili peppers, red chili, fresh

Steps

Rinse the meat well under running water and dry it thoroughly with paper towels. Wash the chilies, remove the stems, and chop them as finely as possible. Lightly pound the chops and rub them with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with paprika. Place the chops in a large bowl, sprinkle with the chopped chilies, and drizzle with oil. Cover the bowl and store the chops in the refrigerator overnight.

The next day, take the bowl with the chops out of the refrigerator. Heat the grill well and grease the grill grate. Remove the chops from the marinade and remove any pieces of chili. Place them on the well-heated grill. Grill them for 4 minutes on each side.

Serve the grilled chops with your chosen side dish.
