Ingredients

300 g Fish, sardines in oil

2 twigs Parsley, fresh

1 piece Chili peppers, red chili, fresh

5 spoon Oil, olive
Steps

Rinse the sardines under running water, remove the head and backbone, and open them like a book. With a sharp knife, cut them into two separate fillets. Rinse the chili pepper and parsley. Cut off the stem of the chili and slice it lengthwise, finely chop the parsley.

Finely chop the chili pepper along with the seeds. Arrange the sardines on a serving plate, drizzle them with oil, and sprinkle with the chopped parsley and chili. Cover the plate and place it in the refrigerator for 4 hours so the ingredients can marinate well.

Garnish the chilled and marinated sardines with smaller chili peppers, then serve them with bread to your guests.
