Ingredients

2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
1 piece Lime, fresh
-
1 piece Chili peppers, red chili, fresh
-
400 g Fish, shrimp
-
1 spoon Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
1 spoon Honey
-
2 twigs Coriander, leaves, fresh
-
5 spoon Tomato sauce, without salt
Steps
-
Wash the shrimp and drain them. Wash the lime thoroughly, cut it in half, squeeze the juice, and grate the zest. Thoroughly wash the chili pepper, remove the seeds, and chop it into small pieces. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Wait for about an hour to allow the shrimp to soak up all the juices. Meanwhile, thoroughly wash the cilantro and chop it finely.
-
Place a pan (wok) on the stove and heat the oil. Use a slotted spoon to lift the shrimp from the marinade and carefully place them in the pan. Cook them for about 2 minutes until they are heated through and slightly browned. Turn them several times during cooking.
-
Add the tomato paste, marinade, honey, and cilantro, and cook for another 10 minutes. Stir the ingredients well several times with a spatula during cooking. Serve the shrimp immediately on plates and present them to your guests.
