500 g Sweet potato, leaves

2 spoons Oil, plant, sunflower

Thoroughly wash the sweet potatoes under running water. Bring one liter of water to a boil in a pot. Add the unpeeled sweet potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.

Drain the sweet potatoes, transfer them to a board, and let them cool. Then peel them and cut them into thick slices lengthwise. In a separate bowl, mix chili powder, oil, pepper, and salt.

Light the grill and oil the grate. Spread the prepared mixture on one side of the sweet potato slices, place them oiled side down over medium heat, and grill for about 6 minutes.

Then coat the sweet potato slices with the marinade, flip them to the other side, and grill for an additional 5 minutes until they become crispy and golden brown. Place the grilled sweet potatoes in a warmed serving dish and serve to your guests.

Advice
You can also prepare a special sauce to enhance the spiciness. Mix 150 ml of sour cream with half a teaspoon of Dijon mustard and sugar, then season with pepper and salt to taste.
