300 g Spinach, raw

3 pieces Pear, fresh

125 g Cheese, Gorgonzola

1 handful Walnuts

150 g Blueberry, raw

3 teaspoons Vinegar, distilled

Steps

Sort the blueberries, place them in a colander, rinse under running water, and drain. Clean the young spinach leaves, wash them, and dry them. Peel the pears, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the core, and cut the pear flesh into smaller pieces.

Prepare a large bowl and place the spinach leaves in it. Add the pear pieces, blueberries, and walnuts, then crumble the gorgonzola on top. Mix everything well. Season the salad to taste with salt, oil, and lemon juice.

Serve the prepared salad in salad bowls and enjoy.

Advice
