Spinach and Feta Cheese Triangles
Puff pastry can be used to prepare a variety of dishes - from rolls and turnovers to delicious desserts. A great idea is also triangles, which we fill with any fillings, bake in the oven, and serve as a tasty snack at a party.

500 g Spinach, raw

Steps

Clean the spinach, wash it, and dry it. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Place a pan on the stove and heat the olive oil. Add the spinach and wait for it to wilt. Then add the chopped garlic and quickly sauté everything so the garlic becomes fragrant. Season the spinach with pepper and salt to taste and let it cool.

Cut the feta cheese into smaller cubes. Transfer the cooled spinach to a larger bowl and mix it with the feta cheese, sour cream, and eggs.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Cut the puff pastry into 5 to 6 cm wide strips. Place a spoonful of filling on the lower part of the strip and fold it into a triangle. Arrange the triangles on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush them with melted butter. Bake the triangles in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Place the baked triangles on a serving plate and serve.

Advice
Instead of fresh spinach, you can also use frozen spinach.
