Ingredients
-
700 g Meat, chicken, breasts
-
150 g Spinach, raw
-
130 g Cheese, Gorgonzola
-
3 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
0.25 teaspoons Salt, table
-
4 spoon Oil, olive
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Thoroughly wash and dry the chicken breast halves with paper towels. Make a deep cut in each half with a knife to create a pocket.
-
Clean, wash, and dry the spinach leaves. Place a pan on the stove and heat a little oil. Add the dried spinach leaves to the hot oil and quickly sauté them—just enough to soften the leaves and evaporate the moisture.
-
Crumble the Gorgonzola into a bowl with your fingers. Add the spinach leaves and a little pepper, then mix everything well. Stuff the chicken breasts with the prepared mixture. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Secure the edges of the pockets with toothpicks.
-
Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
