Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Clean the spinach leaves, wash them thoroughly, and dry them. Place a large pot with a liter of salted water on the stove. Place a pot with four liters of salted water on the stove. When the water boils, add the pasta and cook it for the time indicated on the package. While the pasta is cooking, squeeze the cooled spinach and chop it finely. Place a pan on the stove, heat it up, and then add oil. Sauté the garlic in the oil until it turns golden. Add the chopped spinach and pour in one deciliter of sweet cream. Season the spinach with salt and pepper to taste, cover the pan with a lid, and simmer the sauce for another 10 minutes.

When cooking pasta, we follow the rule of using 1 liter of water for every 100 grams of pasta. Add 10 to 12 grams of salt per liter of water. The prepared dish can be garnished with salad leaves, slices of red pepper, and cucumber.
