Spinach Salad with Apples, Walnuts, and Cranberries

Ingredients
Dressing

80 ml Oil, olive

60 ml Vinegar, apple

pieces Juice, lemon

1 spoon Mustard

1 spoon Honey

pieces Salt, table

300 g Spinach, raw

2 piece Apple, fresh

1 cup Walnuts

0.75 cups Cranberries, dried

140 g Cheese, feta
Steps

Clean the spinach, wash it, and dry it well. Cut the apples into quarters and remove the cores. Slice the quarters into thin slices. Coarsely chop the walnuts.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, and honey. Season the dressing with salt to taste, and optionally add some freshly ground pepper.

In a large bowl, add the spinach, chopped walnuts, sliced apples, and cranberries. Pour the prepared dressing over the ingredients and gently toss. Sprinkle crumbled cheese on top and serve the salad immediately.

Advice
