1.5 spoons Pine nuts

70 g Cheese, Gorgonzola

Steps

Clean the young spinach leaves, wash them thoroughly, and dry them. Wash the pear, cut it in half lengthwise, and remove the stem and core. Slice the halves into thinner wedges. Cut the Gorgonzola into smaller cubes.

Place the young spinach leaves in a large salad bowl. Evenly distribute the pear wedges, Gorgonzola cubes, and pine nuts over the spinach.

In a small bowl, prepare the salad dressing using lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Mix until the salt is completely dissolved. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad, mix well, and serve.
