Spinach Tortellini with Gorgonzola

50 g Butter, unsalted

50 g Sweet cream

3 twigs Parsley, fresh

100 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated
Steps

Place a pot with a liter of salted water on the stove. When the water boils, add the tortellini and cook according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, place a new pan on the stove, heat the cream, and melt the butter. Season with salt and pepper, and remove from heat as soon as you notice the cream starting to boil. Thoroughly wash the parsley and finely chop it. Mash the gorgonzola well with a fork in a bowl.

Drain the cooked tortellini well and transfer them to the pan with the cream. Sprinkle with gorgonzola and mix everything well so that the gorgonzola melts as much as possible. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and grated parmesan, then serve in bowls.

Advice
Instead of tortellini, you can also use spinach ravioli, which you can prepare yourself. Optionally, garnish the dish with fresh basil leaves.
