Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into small pieces. Place a pot on the stove and bring a liter of water to a boil. Add the potato pieces to the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes until they soften. Drain the cooked potatoes thoroughly. Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly, clean them, and tear them into very small pieces. Combine the spinach and potatoes in a multipractic and mix them with two eggs to form a thick mixture.

Place a medium-sized pan on the stove and heat the oil. Use a ladle to pour the mixture into the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste while cooking.
