Spread from Sun-Dried Tomatoes
If we prepare the spread ourselves, we know it doesn’t contain harmful additives or flavor enhancers. We can also easily adjust it to our taste by removing, adding, or substituting ingredients. The only rule is that the main ingredient should be sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil.

Optionally, mix in chopped herbs (parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme). Instead of sun-dried tomatoes, use slow-roasted tomatoes with herbs, and replace pine nuts with walnuts, hazelnuts, or almonds.
