Spread of Roasted Peppers and Walnuts
An incredibly tasty vegetable spread that can be prepared in any season. All you need are jarred roasted peppers, walnuts, olive oil, and a few cloves of garlic. Everything else is optional, allowing you to tweak and enhance the flavor. Serve the spread with bread or use it as a dip for corn chips.

Ingredients

5 spoon Oil, olive

1 teaspoon Spices, paprika

250 g Bell pepper, red, fresh

1 pod Garlic, fresh

1 spoon Tomato, concentrate

100 g Walnuts

1 pinch Salt, table

1.5 spoons Vinegar, red wine
Steps

Pour olive oil into a pan and add smoked paprika. Heat while stirring until the paprika becomes fragrant, then remove the pan from the heat. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.

In an electric blender, add well-drained jarred roasted peppers, walnuts, garlic, tomato paste, vinegar, and salt. Blend until all the ingredients are well combined. Then, pour in the olive oil with paprika and blend until you get a smooth spread. If the spread is too thick, add a tablespoon of water.

Transfer the prepared spread into a bowl and serve with bread.

Advice
Instead of wine vinegar, you can use lemon juice, and smoked paprika can be replaced with regular ground paprika.
