Steps

Separate the lettuce into individual leaves and wash them thoroughly under running water. Clean and wash the arugula. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and cut them into wedges. Tear the lettuce leaves into a large salad bowl. Add the arugula and tomato wedges.

Prepare the salad dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, and salt with a hand whisk. Mix until the salt is completely dissolved. Cut the young cheese into cubes.

Pour the prepared dressing over the ingredients in the bowl and gently toss. Finally, sprinkle everything with the cheese cubes.
