Ingredients

600 g Salad, gooseberry

5 dag Meat, turkey, smoked, breasts

150 g Corn, yellow, in brine

1 dl Vinegar, apple

1 teaspoon Oil, olive

2 piece Apple, fresh

20 g Butter, unsalted

2 piece Egg, fresh

1 piece Onion, raw

2 pinch Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

Wash the lamb's lettuce, clean it, and tear it into smaller pieces. Drain the corn from the can and rinse it with water. Peel the onion, wash it, and chop it. Wash the apples thoroughly, clean them, remove the cores, and cut them into cubes.

Heat the butter in a pan and quickly sauté the onion until it turns golden. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook over moderate heat for 2 minutes, then flip the omelette and cook the other side. Place the cooked omelette on a plate and cut it into smaller strips. Slice the turkey ham into thin pieces.

Dry the lamb's lettuce well and place it in a large bowl. Add the corn, season with salt and pepper. Mix the salad well and top it with the turkey ham and the egg omelette. Finally, sprinkle with the apple cubes. Season the salad with vinegar and oil to taste.

Advice
You can also add finely chopped fresh chives to the egg omelette. Instead of lambs lettuce, you can use other types of lettuce (endive, iceberg…).
