Ingredients
-
4 slice Bread, wheat
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
1 handful Salad, soft
-
2 piece Radish
-
0.5 piece Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
2 teaspoons Butter, unsalted
Steps
-
Clean the cress, shake it in a colander, and rinse under running water. Prepare a small pot, pour cold water into it, and place it on the stove. Gently place the eggs into the water using a spoon. There should be enough water to completely cover the eggs. Wait for the water to boil, then remove the pot from the heat and let the eggs sit in the water for another 8 minutes.
-
Meanwhile, thoroughly wash the radishes and cucumber, and slice them into thin rounds. Drain the eggs and cool them under cold running water, then peel them, slice them, and season with pepper and salt to taste. Toast the bread slices (in a toaster or on a pan). Spread butter on the toast slices and top them with cress, cucumber slices, and radish slices.
-
Top the bread slices with the egg slices, then arrange the prepared snacks on a platter and serve.
