600 g Salad, soft

500 g Fish, squid

1 cup Olives, green, in brine

3 spoons Oil, olive

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

Pour water into a pot, salt it, and add the squid. Place the pot on the stove and cook the squid for 20 minutes or until they turn pink. Once cooked, drain them on a paper towel and let them cool. Slice the cooled squid into rings.

Rinse the green salad under running water, shake it dry, and tear it into smaller pieces. Place the leaves in a large bowl. Drain the olives, slice them into rings, and add them to the salad. Cut the lemon in half, squeeze one half, and slice the other half into wedges. Add the squid to the bowl, then drizzle the salad with lemon juice and olive oil. Finally, season the salad with salt and mix well. Serve it in small bowls or on plates, accompanied by the lemon wedges.
