1 kg Meat, beef, fillet - lung roast

250 g Asparagus, fresh

2 piece Carrot, fresh

2 piece Onion, young

1 pinch Salt, table

4 spoon Oil, olive

Steps

Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion. Wash the carrots, peel them, and cut them into cubes. Wash the asparagus, trim the tough ends, and cut them into 5 cm pieces. Take the well-marinated meat and cut it into four equal portions.

Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the carrots and asparagus. Season with salt and pepper, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Then remove the vegetables from the heat and keep them covered in the pan until serving.

In a fresh pan, heat two tablespoons of oil, making sure it doesn’t start to smoke. Place the steaks in the hot oil and cook for 7 minutes, then flip them and cook for another 7 minutes. Place them on plates and serve with the prepared vegetables.
