Ingredients
-
4 spoon Oil, plant, sunflower
-
800 g Meat, beef, T-bone steak
-
250 g Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh
-
400 g Asparagus, fresh
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
3 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
60 g Butter, unsalted
Steps
-
Rinse the steaks and dry them with kitchen towels. Season both sides with freshly ground pepper and salt. Heat oil in a large pan until very hot, but not smoking. Pan-fry the meat on both sides in the hot oil. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Flip the steaks only once.
-
Transfer the cooked steaks to a warm place and let them rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
-
Trim the woody ends of the asparagus, rinse, and dry them. Clean the mushrooms, rinse them quickly, and drain. In the same pan used for the steaks, add 60 g of butter, set it to medium heat, and wait for the butter to melt. Add the mushrooms and asparagus to the melted butter and sauté for 8 minutes or until they soften. Stir the pan occasionally to ensure even cooking. Season the vegetables with salt to taste.
-
Place the steaks on plates, add the asparagus and mushrooms, and serve with the side dish.
