Ingredients
-
4 pieces Meat, turkey, breasts
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
1 piece Shallot
-
0.5 piece Green, tuber
-
4 pieces Green, raw
-
5 twig Parsley, fresh
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
3 spoons Soup base, beef, cube
-
0.5 dl Sweet cream
-
1.5 dl Sour cream
-
10 grain Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Rinse the steaks under water and dry them well with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Peel the shallot, wash it, and finely chop it. Clean the celery root, peel it, and wash it. Cut it into small pieces. Wash the celery leaves and parsley, shake them dry, and finely chop them.
-
Place a larger pan on the stove and heat it well, then pour in the oil. Heat the oil well and place the steaks in it. Sear the meat well on both sides. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Then remove the cooked meat to a plate and cover it to keep it warm.
-
Add the shallot to the pan and sauté until golden brown. Then add the chopped celery root and sauté until golden brown as well. Pour in the broth, sweet and sour cream, and mix everything well. Add peppercorns, chopped parsley, and celery leaves. Cook everything until the sauce thickens slightly (about 5 minutes).
-
Arrange the steaks on plates and pour the prepared sauce over them. Serve with a variety of vegetables and small potatoes as a side dish.
