Ingredients
-
4 pieces Apples, rose
-
40 g Sugar, white
-
1 bag Sugar, white
-
2 spoons Juice, lemon
-
0.25 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground
-
1 piece Lemon zest, fresh
-
70 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
100 ml Sweet cream
Steps
-
Peel the apples and cut them into quarters. Remove the stems and cores, then cut them into smaller pieces and place them in a pot. Add sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and cinnamon.
-
Place the pot on the stove and cover it. Stew the apples over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes (just enough time to soften them, but they should still be firm). Stir them gently occasionally while stewing.
-
While the apples are stewing, prepare the cookies. Place them in a food processor and grind them finely. Alternatively, you can place them in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin. In a bowl, whip the cream with a hand whisk until it thickens slightly but is still pourable.
-
Distribute the stewed apples into serving glasses. Sprinkle them with the crushed cookies and decorate with cream. Serve the prepared dessert.
