Steps

Peel the apples and cut them into quarters. Remove the stems and cores, then cut them into smaller pieces and place them in a pot. Add sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and cinnamon.

Place the pot on the stove and cover it. Stew the apples over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes (until they soften but remain firm). Stir them gently occasionally while stewing.

Distribute the stewed apples into small bowls. Place the yogurt in a bowl and mix it well with a spoon or a hand whisk. Place the hazelnuts on a cutting board and roughly chop them with a knife. Spoon the yogurt over the apples and sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts on top. Drizzle the dessert with honey and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator and chill well before serving.
