Ingredients
-
16 pieces Meat, chicken, wings
-
285 ml Hoisin sauce
-
3 pieces Orange, fresh
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
1.5 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
2 spoons Honey
-
8 twig Thyme, raw
Steps
-
Cut one orange in half and squeeze the juice from both halves. Wash the chicken wings thoroughly and dry them with kitchen towels. Prepare a shallow non-metallic bowl, in which we mix hoisin sauce, honey, oil, salt, and orange juice. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
-
Place the chicken wings in the bowl and turn them several times to ensure they are well coated with the marinade. Then cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
-
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Prepare a large baking dish and line it with baking paper. Arrange the chicken wings in the dish and drizzle them with the remaining marinade. Place the dish in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then turn the chicken wings and bake them on the other side for an additional 15 minutes.
-
Slice the remaining two oranges into thin rounds, then cut them in half. Wash and shake off the parsley. Serve the chicken wings on plates, garnished with orange slices and parsley. Offer the prepared dish to your guests.
