Sticky Pork Ribs

Ingredients

1 kg Meat, pork, ribs

1.5 dl Soy sauce, shoyu

4 spoon Honey

2 spoons Alcohol, Sake

30 g Ginger, fresh

1 teaspoon Spices, pepper, red or cayenne

1 teaspoon Salt, table
Steps

Peel and finely grate the ginger. Wash the ribs and cut them into individual ribs. Rub them well with salt and pepper. In a large bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, rice wine, and ginger. Mix the marinade well and submerge the ribs in it. Mix everything well with your hands so that the marinade coats the meat on all sides. Let the ribs marinate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Place the ribs on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake them for 30 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 °C and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve while still warm.
