Ingredients
Marinade
-
4 spoon Oil, sesame
-
8 spoon Soy sauce, shoyu
-
4 spoon Honey
-
2 teaspoons Syrup, corn
-
3 spoons Peanut butter, smooth
-
pieces Orange, fresh
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
2 spoons chili sauce
-
70 g Ginger, fresh
-
1 teaspoon Spices, ginger, ground
-
pieces Meat, pork, ribs
-
2 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
2 spoons Sesame seeds, dried
Steps
-
Rinse the pork ribs under running water and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
-
In a large bowl, mix the marinade ingredients until smooth: sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, golden syrup, peanut butter, orange juice, crushed garlic, chili sauce, grated ginger, and spices. Add the pork ribs and mix everything well with clean hands, ensuring the marinade coats the meat on all sides. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight) to allow the meat to marinate nicely.
-
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Grease a baking dish well and place it in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Add the marinated ribs to the hot dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes of baking, flip the ribs to ensure they cook evenly on both sides.
-
After 20 minutes, remove the baking dish from the oven and sprinkle sesame seeds over the ribs. Return the dish to the oven for an additional 3 to 4 minutes to allow the ribs to brown nicely.
-
Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve them as a standalone snack or with various sauces.
