Ingredients
-
1 kg Meat, chicken, wings
-
4 spoon Soy sauce, shoyu
-
pieces chili sauce
-
2 spoons Honey
-
0.5 spoons Oil, sesame
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
2 spoons Sesame seeds, dried
-
1 handful Coriander, leaves, fresh
Steps
-
Rinse the chicken wings under running water and dry them thoroughly with paper towels. Peel the garlic and crush it into a paste using a mortar and pestle.
-
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, chili sauce, honey, sesame oil, and garlic until smooth. Add the chicken wings and mix well to ensure the marinade coats all pieces evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours (or overnight).
-
Preheat the oven to 230°C (446°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper, then arrange the marinated chicken wings on it. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, turning them a few times during baking. For the last 5 minutes, bake with the upper heating element on.
-
Pour the remaining marinade into a small pot, bring to a boil, and cook for 5 minutes.
-
Serve the baked chicken wings on a plate or platter. Drizzle with the hot sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro, and serve with chili sauce.
