Ingredients

1 cup Nuts, almonds

1 cup Nuts, hazelnuts

2 piece Egg, egg white, fresh

1.5 cups Honey

0.5 cups Powdered sugar
Steps

In a bowl with a hand mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the almonds and hazelnuts using a whisk.

Place honey and sugar in a wide pan with a thick bottom. Bring to a boil. Add the beaten egg whites and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and smooth the mixture on top. Cover with aluminum foil, weigh it down, and let it set for at least 2 days.

Once set, turn the mixture out onto a board, cut into squares, and serve.
