Stir-Fried Tofu with Broccoli

2 spoons Soy sauce, shoyu

2.5 teaspoons Koruzni škrob

2 teaspoons Vinegar, red wine

2 teaspoons Oil, sesame

2 teaspoons Oil, plant, sunflower

450 g Tofu

0.25 teaspoons Salt, table

300 g Broccoli, fresh

0.75 cups Water

3 pods Garlic, fresh
Steps

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.

Drain the tofu and cut it into 1 cm cubes. Clean the broccoli and separate it into florets. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Heat sunflower oil in a wok (large pan), add the tofu, and season with salt. Stir-fry for 8 minutes, ensuring the tofu is golden brown on all sides. Remove the tofu from the wok and keep it warm on a plate.

Add the broccoli, water, and garlic to the wok. Cover and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover, add the sauce mixture and tofu, and gently stir everything together. Cook uncovered for another 2 minutes to thicken the sauce.

Serve the prepared dish on plates and accompany it with cooked rice.
