Strawberries and Biscuits with Mascarpone Cream in a Glass
A fruity-chocolate dessert in a glass is very quick and easy to prepare, perfect for summer evenings or family gatherings. It’s also great when you come home from work, make a coffee, and simply enjoy the rest of the day. Since it doesn’t require precision or careful assembly, it’s ideal for those who are less skilled in the kitchen. Just layer the ingredients one on top of the other and chill the dessert well. It’s loved by everyone, both children and adults, and it’s always good to make an extra glass or two.

Ingredients
Cream
-
4 pieces Egg, egg yolk, fresh
-
4 spoon Sugar, white
-
250 g Cheese, creamy
-
200 g Sweet cream
-
250 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
pieces Milk, whole milk
-
200 g Strawberries
-
pieces Mint
Steps
-
Beat the egg yolks and sugar for 10 to 15 minutes until a light, fluffy, and frothy mixture forms. Add the mascarpone spoon by spoon and gently fold it in with a spatula.
-
Add the whipped cream and gently mix again to create a fluffy, delicate cream. Transfer it to a piping bag.
-
Assemble the dessert by crumbling biscuits at the bottom of the glass and drizzling them with a teaspoon of milk. Pipe the cream over the biscuits using the piping bag (or use a spoon if you don’t have one).
-
Spread diced strawberries over the cream (don’t skimp on them, as they add freshness to the dessert) and sprinkle more crumbled biscuits on top (this time without soaking them). Add another layer of cream.
-
Decorate the dessert with biscuit pieces, a strawberry half, and mint leaves. Serve well chilled.
