Strawberry Cream with Whipped Cream

Ingredients

35 dag Strawberries

150 g Breadcrumbs, dried

3 spoons Syrup, sweet

250 g Cheese, cottage cheese, from skimmed milk

2 dl Yogurt, plain, from skimmed milk

4 spoon Sugar, white

1 spoon Powdered sugar

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

2.5 dl Sweet cream

50 g chocolate, dark
Steps

Wash the strawberries well and remove the green parts. Slice some of the strawberries, and cut the rest into smaller pieces, which we blend into a strawberry puree using a hand blender. Wash the lemon, grate the zest, and squeeze the juice from half of it.

In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, grated lemon zest, and strawberry puree. Whip the sweet cream with an electric mixer until stiff. Reserve one-third of the whipped cream for garnish, and gently fold the rest into the strawberry mixture using a spatula. Store the reserved cream in the refrigerator until use.

Crush the cookies and distribute them at the bottom of the glasses. Gently pour the strawberry syrup over them. Arrange the strawberry slices around the sides of the glasses. Carefully fill the glasses with the prepared cream using a spoon. Then place everything in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Before serving the dessert, garnish the cream with the reserved whipped cream and sprinkle some grated chocolate on top.

Advice
You can mix a packet of whipped cream stabilizer into the sweet cream. This will make the cream firmer. If the dessert is not being prepared for children, you can replace the strawberry syrup with strawberry liqueur. It is best to use organic lemons, whose peel is not treated with pesticides. If organic lemons are not available, soak the lemon in hot water for a few minutes and wipe it well to remove the wax, which contains toxins.
