Ingredients
-
500 g Strawberries
-
250 g Cheese, creamy
-
200 g Cheese, cottage cheese
-
120 g Powdered sugar
-
1 piece Sugar, white
-
1 piece Gelatin powder, unsweetened
-
1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell
-
500 ml Sweet cream
-
100 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
1 dl Juice, apple
Steps
-
Line a round bowl well with plastic wrap.
-
Slice about 400g of strawberries into thin rounds and use them to line the inside of the bowl.
-
Grate the zest of a lemon and squeeze out the juice. Mash the remaining strawberries with the lemon juice, then mix them with mascarpone, quark, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon zest. Using an electric mixer, thoroughly mix instant gelatin into the cream.
-
Whip the cream and fold it into the strawberry mixture, then pour the cream into the bowl and smooth the top.
-
Quickly dip the savoiardi biscuits in strawberry juice and arrange them on top of the dessert, which will later become the base. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least six hours.
-
Before serving, remove the plastic wrap from the top and place an inverted cake stand or plate on the biscuits. Then carefully flip everything over and remove the bowl and plastic wrap. Decorate the dome with flowers or butterflies if desired.
