500 g Strawberries

4 dl Sweet cream

Steps

Place the cookies in a mixer and coarsely grind them. Transfer the cookies along with sugar into a clean bowl. Quickly melt the butter in a small pot and add it to the cookies. Knead everything together to form a cookie dough. Spread it evenly over the bottom of a cake mold. Place the mold in the refrigerator to let the base set.

Wash the strawberries, clean them, and cut them into smaller pieces. Save a few whole strawberries for decoration. Place the strawberries in a bowl and blend them into a strawberry puree using a hand mixer. In another bowl, whip the cream and sugar together using an electric mixer. Fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream and mix well to create a light strawberry mixture. Place the strawberry mixture in the refrigerator for one hour to cool thoroughly.

Take the mold with the cookie base out of the refrigerator and pour strawberry juice over it. Remove the strawberry mixture from the refrigerator and gently stir it with a whisk. Spread the strawberry mixture evenly over the cookie base and smooth the top. Place everything in the freezer for 5 to 8 hours.

Take the cake out of the freezer and decorate it with strawberries. Then slice and serve.
