Ingredients
-
10 g Gelatin powder, unsweetened
-
50 ml Water
-
200 ml Milk, whole milk
-
200 ml Sweet cream
-
50 g Sugar, white
-
1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, natural
Strawberry jelly
-
5 g Gelatin powder, unsweetened
-
30 ml Water
-
100 g Strawberries
-
40 g Sugar, white
-
200 ml Water
-
1.5 spoons Juice, lemon
Steps
-
First, prepare the strawberry jelly. Sprinkle the powdered gelatin into a glass or bowl and pour cold water over it. Mix well and let it sit for 5-10 minutes so the gelatin swells and sets.
-
Place the frozen strawberries in a pot and add sugar, water, and lemon juice. Place it on the stove and slowly heat the contents over medium heat. Stir until the sugar completely dissolves, then let the strawberries cook for about 5 minutes until they soften completely. Remove the pot from the heat and add the gelatin, dissolving it in the hot liquid.
-
Blend the strawberries with the liquid as smoothly as possible. Strain the strawberry mixture through a fine sieve, then distribute it into the glasses in which you will serve the dessert. Wait for the strawberry jelly to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate the glasses for one hour.
-
For the cream mixture, again sprinkle the powdered gelatin into a glass or bowl and pour cold water over it. Mix well and let it sit for 5-10 minutes so the gelatin swells and sets.
-
Pour the sweet cream and milk into a clean pot. Add sugar and vanilla and place it on the stove. Slowly heat over medium heat, stirring until all the sugar dissolves. When the mixture boils, remove the pot from the heat and dissolve the gelatin in the hot liquid. Wait 10-15 minutes for the cream mixture to cool slightly.
-
Take the glasses with the set strawberry jelly from the refrigerator. Carefully pour the cream mixture into them. Wait again for it to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate the glasses for 1-2 hours.
-
Decorate the dessert as desired before serving. Use fresh herbs, strawberries, and edible flowers, or use sugar pearls for decoration.
