Ingredients
-
200 g Walnuts
-
200 g Sugar, white
-
6 dl Milk, whole milk
-
2 bags Pudding, vanilla
-
100 g Sour cream
-
500 ml Sweet cream
-
400 g Strawberries
-
10 g Gelatin powder, unsweetened
Steps
-
Grind the walnuts and 50 grams of sugar well in a multiprocessor, then use the mixture to line the bottom of a baking dish.
-
Cook the pudding according to the instructions on the package, but use only 6 deciliters of milk and 80 grams of sugar. Mix sour cream into the still hot pudding, then pour the mixture over the walnut base and quickly smooth it out, as it will start to set.
-
Place the powdered gelatin in a cup, pour four tablespoons of water over it, and let it sit for 10 minutes to swell. Blend the strawberries, then pour a deciliter of the puree into the cup with the gelatin and heat it almost to boiling, until the gelatin dissolves. It must not boil, as this will destroy its gelling properties. Remove from heat and mix into the remaining strawberry puree.
-
Whip the cream with 70 grams of sugar and divide it into two halves. Mix the strawberry puree into the first half and spread it over the pudding. Spread the other half of the cream on top and smooth or shape it as desired. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for a few hours to cool and set, then cut it into slices of any size, serve on plates, and enjoy.
