600 g Strawberries

1 spoon Alcohol, Liqueur, Crème de Menthe

Steps

Quickly rinse the strawberries under running water, clean them, and cut them into small pieces. Place the pieces in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar, and pour over lemon juice and Grand Marnier. Mix well and blend with an immersion blender to make a fruit puree.

Whip the cream until stiff and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use. Separate the egg yolks and whites into two bowls. Beat the yolks with a tablespoon of sugar until frothy. Beat the egg whites until stiff and gradually fold in a tablespoon of sugar. Slowly fold the egg whites into the beaten yolks. In a larger bowl, mix the mascarpone until smooth and gradually fold in the whipped sweet cream. Finally, fold in the egg mixture and store the cream in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Spread half of the strawberry puree into four glasses. Cover with the mascarpone cream. Strain the remaining half of the strawberry puree through a fine sieve. Spread the strained strawberry puree over the cream. Chill the prepared dessert or serve it immediately.
